Asera Digital Assets products include Android applications and downloadable digital templates. Applications are distributed through Google Play. Templates, where available, are distributed through channels specified on the product page.

Use of products

Asera Digital Assets products are provided for informational and practical use. Applications that perform calculations do so based on the rules and assumptions implemented at the time of release. Results are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

Intellectual property

All Asera Digital Assets products, their content, design, and calculation methods are the intellectual property of Asera Group Ltd. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any product except as permitted by applicable law.

Product availability

Products may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Asera Group Ltd does not guarantee that any product will remain available indefinitely.

Purchases

Applications sold through Google Play are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies. Asera Group Ltd does not process payments directly and does not have access to payment information.

Digital templates, where sold, are subject to the terms specified on the product page at the time of purchase.

Consumer rights

Statutory consumer rights under UK law apply to purchases of Asera Digital Assets products. These terms do not affect any statutory rights a consumer may have.
